We are based in Coventry, at the CV3 end of the city. We work with home and commercial trades across the city and the towns around it, and we keep the client list short on purpose.

Why we work this way
Coventry is not one market
An agency that treats the whole city as a single territory will write you one page about Coventry and hope. That is not how the work arrives.
Binley is uniform estate housing from the late 1950s onwards, so roofs, windows and boilers come due in waves down the same streets. Earlsdon was finished before 1918 and its centre became a conservation area in November 2022, so the same job there means sash windows, planning constraints and matching materials. Cheylesmore went up in the 1930s for factory workers and is now a settled market of ageing semis.
Three areas inside four miles of each other, three completely different jobs, three different sets of search terms. We write a page for each because the buyer really is different in each.

Questions about coverage
Do you only work with businesses based in Coventry?
No. What matters is where you want the work, not where your van is parked. Plenty of our clients are based on one side of the city and want to be found on the other.
My area does not have a page yet. Do you still cover it?
Yes. The pages are being written in order, and the list above shows which are done. Coverage is not limited to the areas that happen to have a page today.
How many areas can one business cover?
As many as you can genuinely service. What we will not do is claim an area you cannot reach, because the enquiries that produces waste your time and damage your reviews.
What if my trade is already taken where I work?
We will tell you on the first call rather than string you along, and we will tell you which nearby areas are still open or put you on the list for when the slot frees up.
Do you work outside Coventry?
Yes, across Warwickshire and the wider West Midlands, and we work with clients remotely across the UK. The Coventry pages come first because that is where we can also turn up in person.
Is there a contract or a minimum term?
No lock-in. It is month to month. The exclusivity is the commitment on our side, and the work speaking for itself is meant to be the commitment on yours.
Why not just target the whole of Coventry?
Because city wide terms are the most contested and the slowest to win, while area terms are winnable now and bring the same jobs. We do both, in that order.
