Case studies
Real clients, real Search Console data
Every figure on this page is from a named client's Google Search Console or Google Analytics, with the exact period stated and the screenshot shown. Nothing here is an estimate, a projection or a round number chosen because it reads well.
These are engagements run by our founder, Nizam Ud Deen Usman, and published in full with the data on his own site. Where a result needs a caveat, the caveat is on the page. Where a client has no published figures, we say so and show no numbers.
Home services, United Kingdom
Care N Tidy
Domestic and office cleaning · UK · Aug 2025 to Aug 2026
From invisible to the local pack in twelve months
The closest match on this page to the businesses we work with: a UK home-service company competing locally.
The problem. Care N Tidy had strong service quality but limited online visibility, so local customers searching for cleaning services found competitors first.
What we did. Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimisation, citation building for consistent local signals, a review strategy, and on-page local signals across their service areas.
The result, measured as two consecutive six month windows in Search Console, so the second picks up exactly where the first ends.

The honest part. Click-through fell from 4.2% to 0.7% across the two windows. That is expected at this stage: the site began appearing for far more queries than before, most still ranking below the top of page one, so impressions multiplied faster than clicks. Position moving from 46.5 to 28 is the number to watch, because clicks follow position.
Trades, United States
Alpha Holistic Roofing
Roofing contractor · Indianapolis, Indiana · First three months from launch
A brand new domain in one of the hardest local markets there is
Relevant to any trade starting from nothing: no domain history, no reviews, no links.
The problem. A brand new domain with no history, entering a market dominated by established contractors and lead generation directories with years of accumulated authority. A new site starts with nothing to trade on.
What we did. Built the site around the full service range rather than a single roofing keyword. On-page and technical SEO from launch so nothing had to be retrofitted. Service pages written to match how people actually search for roofing work, including storm and emergency intent. Local signals for the service area.

The honest part. Fourteen clicks is a small number and we are not going to dress it up. That is what an honest three month picture of a brand new domain looks like. Visibility arrives before position, and position arrives before clicks. The trajectory is the point: impressions doubled while average position climbed nine places, which means the site is being shown for more queries and ranked better on them at the same time.

Pronto Pizza
Pizza restaurant · United States · Twelve months
Fixing the basics on a site that was already being shown
The problem. A 90 day baseline of 64,923 impressions against 251 clicks, a click-through rate of 0.39%, with 61 pages carrying no meta description and 62 titles too long to display in full.
What we did. Rewrote the titles and descriptions that were suppressing clicks, then built the local and menu pages the restaurant was missing.

Bella Pizzahh
Independent pizzeria · New Jersey · Twelve months to Aug 2026
Nine flat months, then the topical build landed
What happened. The site was flat for nine months. The step change came in late May, after the topical content build went live. This is the clearest example on this page of why we ask for more than ninety days.

E-commerce
HMB Pottery
Multani blue pottery · Year on year, 2025 against 2026
A store we own ourselves, which is why the data is complete
Disclosure: HMB Pottery is our founder's own business. We include it because it is the one account where we can show everything without asking a client's permission, not because it is an arm's length result.
What happened. Twelve months to September 2025 compared against twelve months to August 2026, on a store that was already ranking.

Worth noting. Impressions rose 50% while clicks rose only 9%, so click-through fell from 4.9% to 3.6%. Average position improving from 9.8 to 6.2 is the durable gain here.
E-commerce, Europe
Game of Bricks
LED lighting kits for LEGO sets · Europe · Twelve months to Aug 2026
The largest account on this page, by volume
What happened. Product pages and a content programme built together, so the blog feeds the shop rather than sitting beside it.

How to read this page
What we will and will not claim
Named clients only
Every result above belongs to a business we can name. Anonymous case studies cannot be checked, so they are worth nothing.
Screenshots, not summaries
The Search Console and Analytics images are the source. The numbers in the cards are read off them.
Periods stated
Every figure carries its window. A number without a date range can be made to say anything.
Caveats kept
Where click-through fell or clicks are still small, it says so on the page rather than in a footnote.
Full versions of these case studies, with the original screenshots, are published on our founder's site at nizamuddeen.com/portfolio.
