These terms cover use of this website and the basis on which we provide
services. Individual engagements are also covered by whatever we agree with you in writing.

Who we are

ORM Solutions is a digital marketing business based in Coventry, United
Kingdom. We are not a registered limited company, so we have no company number to quote.

Using this website

The content here is published in good faith as general information about digital marketing. It
is not advice for your specific situation, and search results depend on factors outside anyone’s
control. Nothing on this site creates a contract on its own.

Case studies and figures

Figures shown in our case studies are taken from the named client’s Google Search Console or
Google Analytics for the period stated, and the screenshots are published alongside them. They
describe what happened for that business in that period. They are not a prediction of what
will happen for yours.

Our services

  • Work, scope, fees and timescales are agreed in writing before work starts.
  • Fees start from 750 pounds per month. The figure for your engagement is the one we agree.
  • There is no minimum term. Either side may end the arrangement with notice as agreed.
  • Our 90 day guarantee: if we do not hit the targets agreed in writing at the
    start within 90 days, you stop paying until we do.
  • We work with one company per trade per area, so taking you on may mean declining a competitor
    of yours.

What you are responsible for

  • Giving us timely access to the accounts and information the work needs.
  • The accuracy of material you supply, and that you have the right to use it.
  • Paying invoices on the agreed terms.

Intellectual property

Work we produce for you becomes yours once it is paid for. The content and design of this
website remain ours.

Liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for
anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability for any engagement is
limited to the fees you paid us for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss
such as lost profit.

Complaints

Email contact@ormsolutions.uk with the detail. We
will acknowledge within 5 working days and respond fully within 20.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales
have jurisdiction.
